Can I have the 2,000 chocolate bars and a smile please. I try to smile at everyone I meet and especially to the older folks who often look so glum. They look at me kind of funny but then a little smile peaks out. Makes my day.

Smiling is highly beneficial, and for an authentic experience that will generate a real smile, see:

  1. A Smile can go a long way. Smiling by yourself makes you feel good, what more can a smile do if you show it to the rest of the world.

  2. Smile! You just don’t know how many lives you can change the moment you smile from the heart.

Smiling is really a good practice. When we smile, we feel lighter, we feel good, we feel happy! And who knows? what other miracles a smile could bring.
