Year of Challenges: Challenge 1 Whole 30 challenge

2012 was my back to basic year. It helped me get back to who I am as a person and get certain parts of my life back on track. Sometimes it is good to go back to basics and work on the easy stuff.

2013 is my year of challenges. I am challenging myself to take it up a notch. Each month will have a different challenge.

The first challenge is the Whole 30 challenge.

I am going to do my best of eating no grains, dairy and sugar. I am going to evaluate my relationship with food. More information will be available through out the month.

    2013 is my year for healthy living. It’s time to get my health back in order because I am tired of going to the doctor! I’ve already started exercising so… I’m on a roll. 🙂

    In business – this year is going to be my time to SHINE. One post at a time, one goal at a time. I look forward to a better year (not that I am complaining about previous ones) and anticipate it happening quite fast this year, too!

    Good luck with your no grains, no sugar or dairy. I couldn’t do it. I love my coffee with 2/2 way too much to give it up! 🙂

    Hi Brett – that’s an interesting challenge you have set yourself this month! As a veggie, it’s not one I could realistically do – not eating grains or dairy? Well dairy I could cut, sugar I do as much as possible.
    This year my challenge is to follow through – to keep the ball rolling and make the most of the plans I make. It’s where I feel down a lot in 2012.

    My theme for 2013 is Living on The Edge and I have already started with the Ultimate Blog Comp and another Are You a Messenger Comp.

    I will absolutely be eating better to help support me in this.
