I am feeling amazing and I want to keep this going on.

That is why I am going to do EFT every morning to help keep me going.

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a way to help with stuck energy by working on the energy meridians that are found in Chinese Acupuncture points.

When going through my other two challenges of Soul Coaching and Checkbook Game, there will be some issues that come up. I am going to tap on those issues or any issue on abundance that I have.

2013 is going to be the best year ever! I have laid the foundation and I am going to kick it up a notch!

Interesting.. I didn’t know there was such a thing! How long does the routine take to perform?

  1. Doing EFT can be as short as 1 minute. Doesn’t take very long.

  2. You know, I have to admit that I never stopped to take the time to understand what EFT meant. Thanks to you, Brett, you have provided me a clear understanding of what it means and how I can apply it to my life. Thank you!
