Well I did it. I went 31 days with only one big slip up. Thirty one minus one day without Sugar, Grains, Legumes
, Soy, Dairy, or any processed food. That is thirty days where I ate mostly meat, vegetables, fruit a
nd some nuts and seeds.
At first this was difficult. In fact it was very difficult. However after 14 days, it wasn’t as hard. It was like the seal was broken and it was easy to turn down the donuts.
It did seem like the office had a lot of free donuts during this month. I also missed out on some free cheeses, cookies, pizza and other delicious food.
Another weird thing was snacking was hard to give up. I really like snacking. I did do some snacking on fruit though. I wasn’t perfect on whole30, however I did much better than I ever thought possible.
I am proud of myself. I never thought I would do as good as I did.
Here are the final results:
Weight Loss: 10.6 lbs
Inches Loss: 7 inches
I am happy I did it, I feel much better. HOORAY!!!
