It is March time for the new challenge.
I decided that I went a little too far in my February challenge. I tried to add three things in my life and I was gun ho for the first two weeks. Then things fizzled. Luckily this is a huge learning experience.
March Challenge is going to center around my home. I am going to clean my home for fifteen minutes a day, while letting in love and light. I am converting learning into a meditation. Using that mantra while cleaning was one of the exercises in Soul Coaching. I do not like cleaning. In fact, I would much rather pay someone else to clean my home.
I have a lot going for me in March, so I am going to keep it simple. To kick it up a notch, my goal is also to have any spot I cleaned to be cleaned for the entire month. So when I do dishes this week, to no longer leave dishes in my sink to be cleaned later.
The point of this exercise is to get me out of the habit of putting things off for later and to make it a spiritual matter. I am not embracing the BIG “I” when I let things go to let them pile up for later. Simple little steps is stepping up into my fullness.

That sounds like a great challenge. Putting things off really is something that has a tendency to grow. The satisfaction of doing things right away is great! Wishing you all the luck with your challenge 🙂
This is a great idea! I need to do this too! Thanks for the inspiration. I resonate very much with the idea that if you do 15 minutes per day of something, it will add up. Hooray!
Sounds like a great challenge. I wish you the best of luck for it.
Hope this is all going well for you. This is a great idea for sure.
