Part One in the Manifestation Equation: Emotions

Emotions are a key part of life. They can be one of the best parts of life. Think about it? I spent a good portion of my life trying to be emotionless. Well by emotionless, I mean I would try to not feel any of the negative emotions. In reality, not feeling the negative cut me off from the positive. It was such a sad and lonely life.

Now that i am able to feel again, I feel so much better. See what I did there? Feelings are the nitro in your manifestation. The more you feel strongly about what you desire, the faster that manifestation will appear in your reality.

So work on your emotions and get them behind your desires. The more you emote, the more you attract. It is as simple as that.

    I certainly agree that emotions are a driving force in life……even the negative ones!

  1. Great post Brett! You are so right! Emotions are the key to living a happy and joyous life! I spent a large portion of my life trying to avoid negative emotions also, which led to me not experiencing the good emotions either. Once you begin to understand the Law of Attraction and that the key to manifesting the things that make you happy is to start focusing on being happy first, you really become aware of how often your mind drifts to negative emotions and things that you don’t enjoy. My first reaction was to try to push away those negative emotions, but eventually I learned to be grateful for those negative emotions because they were helping to show me the areas in my life that I needed to make adjustments in what I was doing or in how I was viewing those situations.

    I loved having the opportunity to experience your fun personality in the video and I absolutely love your jingle at the end!
