VBlog – Decide on Who You want to be

It is important to decide on who you want to be. How you represent yourself in the world is entirely your choice. Now is the time to figure out who you want to be so you can become the best version of you..

As you go through life how you want to represent yourself is one of the only things you can control. You cannot control other people, you cannot control the world around you, you can control how you want to be represented.

Take some time out of your day and write down your ideal self. What would your ideal self do on an ideal day? How would you ideally deal with adversity? How do you want to deal with your loved ones?

Making the decision on who I want to be has been one of the most powerful decisions I have ever made. It has allowed me great focus in dropping the habits that do not serve me and embracing habits that do.

So go out there, decide who you want to be and live it!

I love your passion! It comes across so well. Writing down intentions is very helpful and I thank you for the reminder. BTW, LOVE the jingle!! How cool is that?!

  1. Writing down your story is a great idea. Read it daily & visualize it like you said. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Short and sweet, but excellent advice! (in fact, there are times I wish I could say things so briefly and concisely!)
