I recently finished reading the book Spark: The Revolutionary New Science of Exercise and the Brain and I have never been more excited to exercise. Exercise is one area of my life I have neglected. Turns out that exercise is really good for the brain. When you exercise you will retain information better and will perform better intellectually. It is amazing how the body works. To be at your best, exercise. The book also mentions that you should exercise at high intervals a few times a week to get a real brain boost. I know I am very excited about exercising. I have dedicated my life to making a real difference in this world and now I realize that part of making a difference is exercising. I highly recommend this book.
